How to make Tartare Sauce - Recipe

  • 5 egg yokes
  • 15 F/OZ Oil
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 2 TSP Sugar


Make into Mayonnaise
Add chopped gherkins and onions

For sauce for oysters
Add to this tomato puree with a drop of cognac or wine.
