New Zealand Barbeque Sauce - Nelson

The folks at make some fantastic - I would say Mid-West American style barbecue sauces.

My actual favorite was the Peppercorn (absolutely bursting with peppercorn - maybe a little hot for the kids) - however the Maple Syrup 'N' Hickory Smoke is also great - and what they use to baste pork ribs (these are sold in the Nelson Farmers market on a Saturday). I had some of the ribs at the Mapua Festival a month or so ago - there we queues for this delicious tucker!
