- 2 Cups Yogurt Beaten
- 4 TBSP gram flour
- 1/2 TSP Chili Powder
- 1/2 TSP Turmeric
- 2 fresh green chilli's
- 2 TBSP Veg Oil
- 4 whole dried red chilli's
- 1 TSP cumin seeds
- 3-4 Curry Leaves
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 inch piece Root Ginger
- Fresh Coriander leaves (Garnish)

Mix yogurt, gram flour, chili powder turmeric and salt and green chilli's - simmer 10 minutes - without boiling.

Heat oil in a heavy pan and fry remaining spices garlic and ginger until the dried chilli's turn black. Add to the other ingredients - and rest for 5 minutes off heat.
