Irish Apple Cake - Recipe

• 8 OZ Self Raising Flour
• 4 oz Sugar
• 4 Oz Butter
• 3-4 Cooking Apples
• 1 Egg
• Milk

Mix in ingredients (minus the egg and milk) - beat the egg and add to batter - then milk. Cook in square tin 375 deg F
