- 1 Cauli
- 2 med tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic
- 1 fresh green chili - chopped and seeded
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp oil
- 14 fluid OZ Coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 TSP sugar
- (1 TSP Tamarind pulp - soaked in 3 TBSP warm water)
Salt to taste. Food processor - onions, garlic, chili turmeric to a paste.
Heat oil in Wok or fry pan - fry spice paste without browning.
Add cauliflower florets and toss well - stir in coconut milk - water - - salt simmer 5 minutes - strain Tamarind - and reserve juice - and add it with tomato to pan 2-3 mins - thicken and season.
