Gin and Tonic - with elderflower cordial

For some reason I am getting lots of searches for Gin with Elderflower.

We'll below is a recipe - using Araoha Elderflower Cordial.

The Old Timer's G & T


Ingredients:

• 1 part: Gin
• 1 part: Aroha Elderflower Cordial
• 3 parts: Tonic Water

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a tall ice-filled Collins
glass and stir well. Garnish with lime wedge. Enjoy.
Check mirror for halo. If halo fails to appear,
substitute lemon wedge for lime.
