I saw an article on Urban Foraging - on TV3 come time back (Campbell Live).

It was fascinating - basically there is food everywhere - and so there should be in New Zealand.
I'm in Nelson at the moment - right now - chestnuts, acorns and olive's are everywhere - plus wild apples....

It is actually a buzz to cook something - that doesn't have a stupid branded sticker on all the ingredients.
