Yoghurt and Chilli Soup - Recipe

  • 2 Cups Yogurt Beaten 
  • 4 TBSP gram flour
  • 1/2 TSP Chili Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Turmeric
  • 2 fresh green chilli's
  • 2 TBSP Veg Oil
  • 4 whole dried red chilli's
  • 1 TSP cumin seeds
  • 3-4 Curry Leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 inch piece Root Ginger
  • Fresh Coriander leaves (Garnish)


Method
(1)
Mix yogurt, gram flour, chili powder turmeric and salt and green chilli's - simmer 10 minutes - without boiling.
(2)
Heat oil in a heavy pan and fry remaining spices garlic and ginger until the dried chilli's turn black. Add to the other ingredients - and rest for 5 minutes off heat.
