Pork Kraut Bake - Recipe

  • 4 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 Can of Sauerkraut Drained
  • 1 8oz can apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon caraway seeds


Brown Chops - discard fat -put in all ingredients and simmer.
